Whether you are a new CHS member or need a refresher, this Flexmls training will give you a fast and confident workflow. You’ll learn how to access Flexmls from the CHS MLS Launch page, navigate the system, run powerful searches, and share listings with clients. You’ll also see how to set up automatic listing updates (subscriptions), plus where to go to add or update listings and maintain your Flexmls profile.

What you'll learn

  • Get comfortable fast: Learn where key tools live (menu, favorites, dashboard gadgets, Quick Launch, and built-in help) so you can move around Flexmls with confidence.
  • Search like a pro: Use Quick Search to filter listings, view results in multiple formats (list, detail, photos, map, stats), and fine-tune searches by adding fields and sorting results.
  • Share listings and automate updates: Email listings to clients and set up subscriptions so contacts receive automatic listing updates based on saved searches, including how opt-in works and where to manage it.
